Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).
  • We do not accept returns on personalised or customised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@lizarddenstore.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellations

  • We do not accept order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@lizarddenstore.com before initiating a return.
  2. Once approved, you will be provided with the return instructions.
  3. Ship your item to the following return address:

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
